ISLAMABAD:

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has convened a meeting of the Special Investment Facilitation Council’s (SIFC) apex committee on Thursday (today).

The session, to be held at the Prime Minister’s House, will be attended by top civil and military leadership. The meeting will review and endorse decisions made by the SIFC executive committee, according to sources.

During the session, a performance report on SIFC will be presented, detailing advancements, investments and discoveries in oil and gas reserves.

Additionally, participants will receive a briefing on investments from friendly countries.
