Snowfall has started in Murree and Galiyat, enticing tourists to the charming regions.

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has declared that it has completed arrangements to confirm facilities and guidance for visitors.

According to a PDMA spokesperson, rain, and snowfall are likely to continue in Murree, Galiyat, and nearby areas until January 6.

To provide support and guidance, 13 facilitation centers have been recognized in Murree.

PDMA Director General Irfan Ali Kathia advised tourists to stay updated on weather circumstances before traveling to avoid any unpleasant situations.

He emphasized the administration’s readiness, stating that officials are on 24-hour alert to guide and protect visitors.

“The safety of tourists is our top priority. A sense of responsibility regarding weather conditions is important to protect precious lives,” Kathia emphasized.

The PDMA helpline, 1129, is available for instant support in case of emergencies.

Tourists are stimulated to utilize this service and follow official instructions to confirm a safe and memorable trip.
